The foundation consists of a board and volunteers. The board performs its duties on a voluntary basis and does not receive a salary or other reward for the work performed.
The foundation currently does not employ any paid staff. If this changes in the future, this will be stated here and made transparent in the annual financial report.
The foundation may use external institutions or companies for its activities to carry out the intended activities. These will preferably be involved in the foundation's activities on an “in kind” basis. If this is not possible, these will be paid at a competitive rate.

An ANBI is an institution aimed at public benefit. Donations to our foundation are tax deductible. Tax benefits:
-
Donations from a private individual to an ANBI are deductible for income tax for that private individual under certain conditions.
-
Donations from a company to an ANBI are deductible for corporate tax within the applicable rules.
-
An ANBI does not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax on inheritances and donations that the ANBI receives, insofar as the acquisition is not linked to an assignment, which deprives the acquisition of the character of having been made in the public interest.
-
Distributions that an ANBI makes in the public interest are exempt from gift tax.
