On Tuesday, April 16, King's Commissioner Friesland Arno Brok visited Jack Kooistra at Bennema State in Hardegarijp.

In the presence of Commander Frijling and Major Smits, an animated conversation was held with Brok. Various topics were discussed.

CdK Brok has great admiration for Kooistra's efforts in collecting information about WWII and his tenacity in tracking down at least 95 Nazis over the past 50 years. Several suspected Nazis have been arrested and sentenced to prison.

Despite his old age, Kooistra is writing a book about Jewish children who were killed in various concentration camps during WWII. Kooistra still has a sharp tongue about what is happening in Friesland and the rest of the world.
